The program will begin at Longhorn Stadium at 7 p.m. Mayor Rob Franke is the keynote speaker. Also participating will be Rev. Toby Snowden, pastor of High Pointe Baptist Church, Rep. Helen Giddings, television personality Greg Fields, U.S. Air Force Major Brian Schooley, City Manager Alan Sims, Judge Elke Daniel, Chick-fil-A owner Luanne Alcaraz, CHISD Board President Dan Hernandez and Permenter Middle School student Jared Agee.
